It is specially formulated to provide a watertight seal around tubs, sinks, showers and counter tops. It offers excellent flexibility, durability and adhesion. It tools easily and dries tack free in 15 minutes. It is excellent for areas subject to water contact and high humidity. The dried surface cleans easily and is paintable with either latex or oil-based paint. It resists abrasive chemicals and cleans up easily with soap and water.
